Maintenance Plans to fit your needs( Prices based on average size pools. Increased fee for oversize pools) Not all pools are the same, some require more chemicals and service.
Full Service Maintenance
From $140.00 Month
INCLUDES:
-Balance Water(chlorine, acid, and tablet included) extra fee for some chemicals
-Vacuum pool as needed
-Backwash as needed
-Scrub Tile (not removing calcium)
-Empty skimmer/pump baskets
-Brush walls, steps, and bottom
-Skim leaves and debris from the water
-Check equipment and lube O-rings
- Blow debris from pool deck
-Free Chlorine float per year
-$20.00 Month extra to include Filter cleanings or just pay $120 in March and Sept
This is a weekly service with a monthly fee
Basic+ Chemicals
From $125.00 Month
INCLUDES:
- Balance water, add chemicals
- Brush walls, steps, and bottom
- SKIM leaves and debris from the water
- Vacuum as needed
- Empty baskets- skimmer/ pump baskets
- Backwash as needed
**Chemicals are billed to the customer at a reduced rate.
This is a weekly service with a Monthly fee
Chemical Service
$100.00 Month + Chemicals
INCLUDES:
- Empty baskets (skimmer and pump)
- Skim pool
- Chemicals tested and balanced.
- Chemicals needed to balance water will be billed in addition at a reduced rate to the $100 Monthly fee.
This is a weekly service with a Monthly fee

Acid wash or Chlorine bath

Nautilus Pool Care will do the following:
- Surface stain identification
- Application of acid or chlorine bath solution.
- scrubbing the dirt and grime
- Thorough rinsing of pool.
- Neutralize the acid.
- Refilling the pool
- Re-balance the pool water
Green to Clean
From $300.00
During the summer monsoon months, a pool can turn green in 24hrs, if its not a properly managed or neglected. If your pool turns green, call us right away. Doing so can possibly correct the issue less expensively. If the algae blooms it can require a total drain and chlorine bath acid wash to remove from the plaster or pebble Tec.
Nautilus Pool Care will do the following:
- We will come out and assess the severity and proper course forward.
- can treat the same day that you call us.
Pool Drain and Startup with chemicals
From $250.00
Pools in Arizona should be drained and filled every 3-5 years.
Nautilus Pool Care, we do the following:
- Water level assessment
- Safe water removal
- Pressure wash sides, and bottom (chlorine bath extra).
- Fill the pool and add chemicals
- Includes 3 visits for start-up.

This service is available for up to four weeks. Nautilus will clean your pool and keep the water balanced, just as we do for our weekly maintenance clients. We will also inform you via phone, text or email when pool is serviced. confidence and peace of mind knowing that your pool’s being properly maintained while you’re gone is priceless.
